Overview

We are looking for a strategic, highly commercial, global HRBP to support our leadership & growth in next generation AI-led SEO.

In Short

• Support leadership and growth in AI-led SEO.
• Act as a people co-pilot to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).
• Translate business strategy into effective people strategy.
• Partner with GCO leadership to align organizational design with revenue goals.
• Lead organizational restructuring and change initiatives.
• Use data to address retention, performance, and engagement issues.
• Champion AI-Native Transformation within the People function.
• Bring 8+ years of strategic HRBP experience in high-growth environments.
• Navigate global employment laws and cultural nuances.
• Deliver HRBP value in fully distributed or hybrid environments.

Requirements

• 8+ years of strategic HRBP experience in SaaS or Tech.
• Understanding of Sales/Customer organization functions.
• AI fluency and eagerness to drive AI-native transformation.
• Resilience and the ability to influence in high-stakes environments.
• Experience supporting teams across North America and EMEA.
• Proven track record in remote or hybrid HR environments.
