Requirements

• LL.B. or J.D. and active membership in a Canadian provincial bar.
• Over 4 years of legal experience (in-house or at a firm).
• Strong foundation in commercial and corporate law, particularly contracts.
• Excellent judgment, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Sincere curiosity for fintech, crypto, and the impact of technology on financial services.
