Overview

We are looking for a pragmatic, solutions-driven Legal Counsel to support our growing iGaming business. This role sits at the heart of our operations, providing legal guidance across multiple functions and ensuring that our commercial, technical, and regulatory obligations are met.

In Short

• Review, draft, and negotiate software licensing and service agreements.
• Protect the company’s interests in intellectual property and data protection.
• Provide practical legal advice to internal stakeholders.
• Support corporate governance tasks and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Collaborate on licensing and regulatory submissions.
• Monitor legislative changes relevant to iGaming and technology.
• Communicate legal concepts to non-legal colleagues.
• Build strong relationships across the organisation.

Requirements

• Master of Laws (LL.M.) or equivalent legal qualification.
• Strong understanding of contract law and regulatory compliance.
• Familiarity with technology contracting and software-related issues.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfortable in a hybrid/remote setup.
