Sales Development Representative - Remote

Overview

The Sales Development Representative is our customers’ first impression and discover new business. You will work closely with our Onboarding team to facilitate software demonstrations and help customers get started growing their business and partnering with Inktavo!

In Short

• Welcome new customers and set qualified demonstration appointments
• Partner with Onboarding team to gain sales techniques and learn best practices
• Consistently meet or exceed goals and metrics on a daily, weekly, monthly basis
• Ideate new ways to reach out to old customers & reactivate them
• Assist in asking for referrals, email campaigns, catching up calls, check-in calls, regular webinars or sending gifts
• Assist Onboarding team with follow-ups & customer training

• Be passionate & driven in building relationships with customers
• Outstanding communication skills to convey Inktavo’s value
• Metrics-obsessed with a focus on data and trends
