Overview

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Account Director to flourish with a book of clients within the learning and capabilities space.

In Short

  • Accountability for growth with existing and new clients.
  • Build strategic understanding of client businesses.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to shape solutions.
  • Stewardship of MSAs and service level agreements.
  • Onboard new client contacts.
  • Focus on Learning clients, especially in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Report to the Head of Client Engagement.
  • Establish agency as a trusted partner.
  • Maintain understanding of account forecasts.
  • Lead pitches and identify marketing opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Experience in identifying learning needs with clients.
  • Experience working with SMEs for L&D solutions.
  • Familiarity with capability development and scientific training.
