We're delighted to present an opportunity for an Environments Project Manager to join team and help us create moments that matter for a fixed term contract.

In Short

• Work with prestigious clients to create and execute exhibition booths and environments.
• Hands-on position with opportunities for national and international travel.
• Build and sustain positive client relationships.
• Manage exhibition booth design, production, and installation.
• Oversee project budgets and client content delivery.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Deliver first-class customer service.
• Lead client planning meetings and debriefs.
• Ensure high standards in live meetings and exhibitions.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in project management for exhibits.
• Organized approach to project management.
• Experience managing show budgets.
• Customer-centric approach to event delivery.
• Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft 365.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel.
• Experience with Pharmaceutical/Healthcare clients is preferable.
• Good commercial understanding of project delivery.
• Experience building long-lasting client relationships.
