Overview

Ingérop, a major player in engineering and consulting, is seeking a Maritime Business Developer to enhance its expertise in coastal and port projects. This strategic position aims to develop our activity portfolio and manage ambitious projects in France and internationally.

In Short

• Identify project opportunities related to maritime infrastructure.
• Participate in commercial monitoring to spot relevant calls for tenders.
• Draft technical and financial proposals in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Develop and maintain a network of clients and partners.
• Manage engineering maritime projects from study phase to realization.
• Ensure management of deadlines, costs, and quality for each mission.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate external actors.
• Handle contractual and administrative aspects of projects.
• Requires a degree in civil engineering and significant experience in maritime engineering.
• Fluent in French and professional English is essential.

Requirements

• Master's degree in civil engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in maritime engineering.
• Strong experience in commercial relations.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, autonomous, and responsible.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
