• Knowledge of employment legislation in India and other regions.
• Ability to influence stakeholders effectively.
• Empathetic and inclusive mindset for coaching.
• Willingness to handle both strategic and day-to-day tasks.
• Experience in one Centre of Excellence (TA, L&D, etc.).
