Overview

Angi® is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join the People Ops team. This role focuses on partnering with leaders across Product, Tech, UX, and Data teams to implement people-based initiatives that align with business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 4 - 5+ years of HRBP experience
• Ability to analyze and interpret data
• Strong knowledge of employment laws
• Self-driven and autonomous
• Agility in working with diverse teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong project management orientation
• Demonstrated history of influencing leaders
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
