As a Backend Engineer at Everest, you will design and implement backend systems that power agentic workflows, contributing to the development of AI-native infrastructure that enhances the capabilities of executive assistants.

Requirements

5+ years of backend software engineering experience, preferably in Go.
Experience shipping LLM systems to production.
Background in real-time systems and performance-critical services.
Understanding of prompt engineering and context management.
Strong intuition for AI applications.
Ability to thrive in small, high-trust teams.
