Overview

The Service Manager coordinates and manages interactions of technical teams, ensuring effective IT function management for various partners and overseeing the integration of IT functions from other organizations.

In Short

  • Coordinate and manage all interactions of the DAS Technical Teams.
  • Ensure the management of the IT function for various partners.
  • Coordinate the integration of the IT function from other MTSSS organizations.
  • Manage transversal projects within the Institute and DAS.
  • Centralize and control various requests within DAS.
  • Provide support to Information Systems Project Managers.
  • Create information structures for optimization.
  • Ensure follow-up of corrective actions for improvement.
  • Ensure Configuration Management and Asset Management processes.
  • Analyze activity reports and indicators.

Requirements

  • Knowledge/Certification in ITIL Foundation in IT Service Management.
  • Training or certification in Linux and Shell Script.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with BMC ControlM and EasyVista.
  • Experience with Unix, Linux, Solaris operating systems.
  • Proficiency in Python and Shell Script programming.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Oracle Database and SQL.
  • Experience with Grafana monitoring solution.
  • Familiarity with automation tools Ansible and Jenkins.
