Global Head of Infrastructure & Operations - Remote

Overview

The Global Head of Infrastructure & Operations at Inetum is responsible for defining, implementing, and managing IT infrastructure across the group within the IT department. This role plays a key part in the overall IT strategy and ensures alignment of infrastructures with the company's business objectives.

In Short

• Define and implement the group's IT infrastructure strategy with a standardization approach across countries
• Ensure availability, performance, and security of information systems
• Manage major infrastructure projects in line with the defined IT strategy, including a Cloud First approach on Microsoft Azure
• Oversee the IT infrastructure budget (investments, maintenance, operations)
• Conduct technological watch and propose relevant innovations
• Supervise infrastructure teams (systems, networks, security, cloud), both internally and at service centers in Spain and Morocco
• Collaborate closely with other IT departments at the group level or in regions & countries (France, Iberia Latam, Belgium, Eastern Europe, North Africa)

Requirements

• Higher education in computer science (minimum Bac+5)
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure, including 4 years in management positions (Infrastructure Director / CTO / CIO)
• Expertise in complex IT architectures (on-premise, cloud, hybrid)
• Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, Linux, Unix)
• In-depth knowledge of networks, IT security, and cloud computing
• Understanding of governance issues (IT ITIL, COBIT)
• Experience in managing large-scale IT projects
• Leadership and ability to manage multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strategic vision and ability to align IT with business objectives
• Change management and adaptability
• Rigorous, organized, and able to manage priorities
• Fluency in English is essential for success in this position.
