Head of Infrastructure - Remote

Overview

FluidStack is hiring a Head of Infrastructure to lead deployments of 10,000+ GPU supercomputers globally, responsible for sourcing, procurement, and timely deployment.

In Short

• Lead the deployment of GPU supercomputers globally.
• Manage relationships with OEMs and data centers.
• Build and lead a deployment team.
• Design and build AI clusters based on customer requirements.
• Source additional data center capacity.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, finance, and legal teams.
• Significant travel required for conferences and customer sites.

Requirements

• 3+ years deploying GPU clusters; 5+ years in global infrastructure.
• On-site experience in data centers.
• Strong relationships with OEMs and data centers.
• Experience with InfiniBand or RoCE networking.
• Understanding of Kubernetes/SLURM, PyTorch/Jax.
• Attention to detail and ability to deliver in fast-paced environments.
• Proactive with a sense of urgency and ownership.
• Strong engineering background in relevant fields.
