The Customer Success Manager I plays a central role in ensuring a smooth, responsive, and customer-focused service experience while managing incoming service requests and coordinating with internal teams.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in service administration.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
  • Strong working knowledge of CRM software like Salesforce.
  • Experience with ERP systems for order entry is desirable.
