Overview

The Talent Management Program Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the design, coordination, and delivery of key programs that shape IEM employees’ journey from day one throughout their career.

In Short

  • Design and implement a comprehensive onboarding program for new hires.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to ensure onboarding reflects company values.
  • Create tools and resources for effective onboarding experiences.
  • Develop metrics to measure onboarding effectiveness.
  • Support coordination of early career and rotational development programs.
  • Assist with employee engagement surveys and data reporting.
  • Manage employee recognition programs to celebrate contributions.
  • Oversee program lifecycle by managing detailed project plans.
  • Support data analysis to measure program effectiveness.
  • Train managers on recognition practices and career growth frameworks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Human Resources or Talent Management.
  • Proven experience in onboarding and engagement programs.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR systems.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics for improvement.
  • Experience in manufacturing or operationally complex environments preferred.
