The HR Business Partner (HRBP) position acts as a liaison between the core functions of Human Resources (HR) and specific business units within the company, providing leadership, consultation, and support to maximize organizational capability and create an excellent employee experience.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in HR Generalist or equivalent role.

• Knowledge of HR disciplines including performance management.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Understanding of legal regulations in HR.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
