In Short

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned US clients, managing and nurturing relationships
  • Develop and execute customer success plans tailored to each client's specific goals and needs
  • Collaborate with the Deployments Team to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of our automation solutions
  • Proactively identify opportunities to expand product usage and drive adoption within client organizations
  • Create, monitor and analyze customer health scores, usage metrics, and satisfaction levels
  • Conduct regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews with clients, including on-site visits when necessary
  • Identify and mitigate potential churn risks, working to ensure high retention rates
  • Gather and communicate client feedback to inform product development and improvement
  • Collaborate with Account Management on renewal strategies and upsell opportunities
  • Stay updated on Inaza's product offerings, industry trends, and best practices in customer success

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, preferably in SaaS or technology industry
  • Strong understanding of B2B software implementation and adoption processes
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis tools
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time for client visits and industry events
