Overview

Inaza is hiring an Account Executive focused on mid-market insurers, MGAs, and regional carriers. This is a high-impact role ideal for a motivated seller who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can translate customer pain points into actionable, scalable AI and data platform solutions. You’ll work closely with sales engineering and product teams to close deals and grow accounts.

In Short

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing for mid-sized insurers and MGAs.
  • Drive outbound efforts to identify and qualify prospects in your assigned territory.
  • Lead product demos and collaborate with Solutions Architects to deliver technical proof points.
  • Communicate Inaza’s value proposition clearly across underwriting, claims, and digital teams.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and CRM hygiene, and report on metrics to leadership.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of SaaS sales experience, ideally in insurance, data tools, or automation platforms.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding quota in mid-market or SMB segments.
  • Strong discovery, objection-handling, and closing skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Self-starter comfortable with autonomy and managing a high-volume pipeline.
