• Lead IT strategy for finance, legal, procurement, and HR technology initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Evaluate emerging technologies for innovation opportunities.
• Oversee selection and integration of software applications.
• Ensure data security and integrity through vendor management.
• Drive integration between IT systems and business processes.
• Manage vendor relationships and service agreements.
• Lead change management for new systems implementation.
• Mentor team members to foster a high-performance culture.
• Work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with some travel required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in IT leadership roles.
• Hands-on experience with ERP, HCM, and CLM systems.
• Experience in Start-ups is a plus.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements relevant to finance and HR.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
