Staff Software Engineer, Infrastructure - Tech Platform - Remote

In Short

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of infrastructure solutions.
• Define architectural standards and best practices.
• Continuously monitor and enhance existing infrastructure.
• Implement best practices in system design and security.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to engineering team members.
• 8+ years of experience in backend systems.
• 8+ years managing AWS infrastructure.
• 6+ years operating Kubernetes in production.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Proficient in Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code tools.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, maintaining, and optimizing highly available, scalable, and high-performance backend systems.
• 8+ years managing AWS infrastructure with deep technical expertise.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience operating Kubernetes in production environments.
• Proven success in designing and operating cloud-native networking solutions.
• Experience managing both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Proficient in Terraform and/or other Infrastructure-as-Code tools.
• Familiar with chaos engineering principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
