In Short

• Lead the design and implementation of AI models and decision systems in credit card underwriting, fraud detection, collections, and customer engagement.
• Partner with Data Science, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure models meet regulatory requirements.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for scalable AI systems.
• Manage deployment of AI solutions into production, including model integration.
• Establish monitoring and feedback loops for AI system performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Operations, and Finance.
• Champion best practices for responsible AI use in financial services.
• Stay current on emerging AI technologies and regulations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics.
• 4+ years in credit cards or consumer lending.
• Proven track record of deploying AI solutions in production.
• Strong understanding of credit card lifecycle processes.
• Familiarity with consumer credit regulations.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and model deployment frameworks.
• Experience with cloud-based AI/ML platforms.
• Ability to communicate complex AI concepts clearly.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
