Overview

Impiricus is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of client and internal projects.

In Short

• Support the development, maintenance, and tracking of project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
• Monitor project progress and flag risks, delays, or resource needs in a timely manner.
• Ensure internal stakeholders remain aligned on deadlines, dependencies, and requirements.
• Assist in reviewing, updating, and maintaining project documentation.
• Participate in client meetings, take clear notes, and manage follow-ups.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project requirements are clearly communicated.
• Help coordinate internal workflows related to campaign launches and operational initiatives.
• Manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Build positive client relationships through attentive communication.
• Work both independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Project Management, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or management.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Jira, or similar.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of client-facing environments.
• Ability to work East Coast hours.
