Accounting Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Accounting Specialist with a concentration in Accounts Payable is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of all vendor invoices, employee expense reports, and payment disbursements.

• Process high-volume vendor invoices with accuracy.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required.

• Experience with high-volume invoice processing preferred.
• Proficiency in ERP systems like NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Solid understanding of GAAP and accrual accounting.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
