Imagine Pediatrics is an innovative, tech-enabled, pediatrician-led medical group focused on providing quality care for children with special health care needs. The Partner Success Associate will play a critical role in supporting client engagement and growth within a newly created department.

Requirements

• 1-3+ years' experience in a healthcare company.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, especially value-based care.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Desire to learn and grow quickly.
• Ability to develop high-quality materials.
• Commercial mindset to meet high growth goals.

• Base salary range of $90,000 - $110,000.
