Senior Salesforce Developer Consultant - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer Consultant responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and optimizing solutions in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketing Cloud Intelligence (Datorama), Customer Data Platform (CDP), and Service Cloud, ensuring compliance with best practices and quality standards on the platform.

In Short

• Design and develop advanced solutions in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Create and optimize automated flows in Journey Builder and Automation Studio.
• Implement and manage integrations between Salesforce and external platforms using APIs and middleware.
• Develop advanced queries and segmentations in SQL and AMPscript.
• Configure and manage Marketing Cloud Intelligence (Datorama) for centralized data analysis.
• Ensure data quality within the Customer Data Platform (CDP).
• Implement solutions in Service Cloud, including customer service process automation.
• Participate in planning and architecture sessions.
• Provide advanced technical support and mentoring to junior teams.
• Document developed solutions and train key users.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Salesforce solutions development and implementation.
• Proven experience in Marketing Cloud and its components.
• Knowledge in Marketing Cloud Intelligence (Datorama) for data management and reporting.
• Experience in Service Cloud configuration and automation.
• Experience with Customer Data Platform (CDP) governance.
• Experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems.
• Advanced knowledge in SQL, AMPscript, and HTML.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools.
• At least 4 Salesforce certifications required.
