Clinical Pharmacist Investigational Drug - Remote

Overview

This position demonstrates consistent application of knowledge and skills to deliver appropriate, safe, efficient and cost-effective pharmaceutical care within the scope of their assigned practice. The Clinical Pharmacist will work in Investigational Drug Services, supporting multiple investigational drug sites and ensuring high-value patient care.

• Oversees pharmaceutical aspects of clinical drug trials.
• Facilitates relationships between pharmacy services and clinical trial teams.
• Supports the development of trial protocols and policies.
• Acts as a liaison for pharmacy services in clinical trials.
• Maintains documentation of clinical drug trial activities.
• Manages medication inventory for clinical trials.
• Provides training and education related to clinical drug trials.
• Participates in interdisciplinary meetings and committees.
• Acts as a preceptor for pharmacy learners.

Requirements

• Doctor of Pharmacy or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy degree.
• License to practice pharmacy in Colorado.
• Current knowledge of state and federal pharmacy regulations.
• Effective communication and project management skills.
• Relevant oncology and investigational drug study experience preferred.
• Three years’ experience in an institutional pharmacy environment preferred.
