Overview

This position provides telephonic nutrition services to patients and involves modifying meal selections according to provider orders while interacting with patients and caregivers.

Requirements

• Must reside in Utah and have a dedicated internet connection.
• Experience in Food Service, Nutrition Services, or healthcare call center preferred.
• Ability to work with modified diets preferred.
• Exceptional customer service skills preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving equipment.
• Manual dexterity for handling equipment.
• Ability to tolerate varying temperatures and cleaning chemicals.
• Capable of standing for long periods.
