In Short

• Respond to inbound calls from existing customers
• Process service requests such as adding/removing vehicles and drivers
• Assist customers with questions about their insurance policies
• Work to retain customers at risk of cancellation
• Multitask and manage multiple priorities

• 2+ years of call center experience required
• Hourly wage of $19.00 - 21.00
• Remote work with provided equipment
• Monday to Friday schedule from 1:30pm - 12am EST
