Lead Developer (Web) - Remote

Overview

As a Lead Developer (Web) at IFS Ultimo, you will contribute to our state-of-the-art Enterprise Asset Management platform and help build the best EAM SaaS solution in the market.

In Short

• Own and define the technical architecture of the web domain within the Ultimo platform.
• Develop and implement a technical vision for frontend technologies.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers.
• Share knowledge to build a team of frontend experts through presentations, workshops, and documentation.
• Ensure the quality, performance, and scalability of our web applications.
• Stay up to date with the latest frontend trends and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess the impact of changes on existing customers.

Requirements

• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Dutch.
• At least 8 years of experience in web development, particularly with TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
• Experience with frontend frameworks and technologies such as React, Vue, or Angular.
• A good understanding of backend technologies such as C# and ASP.NET is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture and the ability to maintain and improve it.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies like Kubernetes and Azure.
• Experience in leading development efforts and mentoring team members.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Technical Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a comparable field.
