Overview

The Employee Relations Leader for GE Aerospace in the UK is responsible for developing and executing employee relations strategies that align with the company's objectives, providing support for leadership and HR teams, and maintaining strong relationships with union representatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
  • Significant experience in employee relations in a regulated manufacturing environment.
  • Strong influencing and communication skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with multiple stakeholders.
  • Project management experience.
  • Knowledge of employment law and union relations.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve complex problems.
  • Experience managing Information and Consultation Forums.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.
