Danaher Corporation is seeking a Regional Leader for its Labor and Employee Relations Center of Excellence in Europe, responsible for transforming labor and employee relations services with a focus on fairness, expertise, and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 7+ years of labor and employee relations experience in Europe.
• 5+ years of management experience leading remote teams.
• Extensive knowledge of labor and employment laws.
• Proven track record in developing and executing LER programs.
• Ability to function independently in a complex organization.
• Experience in managing employee representative relationships.
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel 20% - 30% as required.
