Join our dynamic Operations and Analytics team where you will be at the forefront of data analysis, visualization, and innovation for our Long Term Care Insurance business.

In Short

  • Lead efforts in developing analytical capabilities for the Long Term Care Insurance business.
  • Source data from external parties and work with the Digital Technology team.
  • Collect, combine, cleanse, and manage data from various sources.
  • Identify trends and patterns in complex datasets.
  • Produce dashboards and visualizations to support decision-making.
  • Consult with internal teams to determine business needs.
  • Summarize and present data analysis results for management.
  • Work on multiple projects with strong organizational skills.
  • Foster creative and thoughtful analysis to improve reporting.
  • Demonstrate ability to analyze and resolve problems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Excel, and Python or R.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a data analyst role.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Experience with relational databases and data analysis techniques.
  • Deep interest in problem-solving and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with ICD-10 codes is a plus.
  • Experience with Azure MLOps is desirable.
  • Hypothesis testing knowledge is a plus.
