Overview

The Main Street Health Data Operations Analyst I will be an integral part of the Data Team in supporting and improving processing capabilities, data analysis and reporting.

In Short

Monitoring daily scheduled data operations
Writing SQL queries and troubleshooting data anomalies
Validating completeness and accuracy of payer data
Learning to become a subject-matter-expert on claims and datasets
Creating and monitoring metrics related to data quality
Collaborating with data engineers to automate data processing
Identifying and communicating potential data impacts

Requirements

Experience working with a database directly
SQL skills for analyzing large data sets
Knowledge of reporting tools for dashboards
Strong problem solving and analytical abilities
Self-motivated and organized
Superb verbal and written communication skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships
B.S. or equivalent technical certification
Working knowledge of data mining principles
Familiarity with analytical concepts and statistical techniques
