Data Analyst - Remote

Overview

As IDOC’s Data Analyst, you will create and improve processes, definitions, workflows, and provide order to efforts that result in tangible outcomes. You will assist in gathering requirements, building analytical models and/or reports, and driving analyses to find out what factors truly make a difference.

In Short

• Work with data entry and provide structure to processes.
• Perform monthly refreshes for dashboards/reports.
• Support quarterly vendor data uploads into the internal database.
• Collaborate with various departments to enhance workflow strategies.
• Monitor data inputs from various sources and correct inaccuracies.
• Maintain performance and health of data across communication channels.
• Identify quality assurance opportunities and develop documentation.
• Support ad hoc reporting requests and higher-level projects.
• 0-2 years working with data required.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required (Data Analysts, Accounting, Finance preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft suite of products including Outlook and Excel.
• Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics and Tableau preferred.
• Knowledge of Datarails, Adaptive, Oracle Hyperion is a plus.
• Microsoft SQL knowledge is a plus.
• Financial Analysis experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.
• Well organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
