Project Implementation Manager - Remote

Overview

The Project Implementation Manager at IDOC will manage the development, delivery, and implementation of cross-functional commercial programs and projects to empower independent optometrists.

In Short

• Manage cross-functional project activities and stakeholder engagement.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects related to the Annual Plan.
• Produce and maintain project documentation and reporting.
• Compile project plans including resource requirements and schedules.
• Analyze risks, dependencies, and key decisions throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate project meetings and maintain progress.
• Define and manage project gates and signing off.
• Conduct project reviews to evaluate success and learnings.
• Collaborate with teams on change projects and programs.
• Influence and negotiate to achieve desired outcomes.

Requirements

• Formal project management training (a plus).
• Experience in Asana and similar project delivery environments.
• Proven track record in delivering rollout programs.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work on multiple projects with competing demands.
• Proficient in MS Office and Asana.
• Detail-oriented and proactive multi-tasker.
• People management experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
