Implementation Project Manager - Remote

Overview

As an Implementation Project Manager at Vida, you will play an integral role in scoping, prioritizing and executing on the needs of Vida’s Client Success Team and clients, coordinating across internal teams to develop business strategies and drive action plans related to new client implementations.

In Short

• Scope and manage key projects related to new client implementations.
• Develop strategy and action plans, gaining buy-in from stakeholders.
• Enhance current templates and processes for the Client Success Team.
• Track client details as an ongoing reference source.
• Drive execution of Client Success initiatives with documentation.
• Liaison to key Client Success Partners for enhanced coordination.

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience in account management, sales, or customer success.
• Bachelor’s Degree minimum.
• Recent healthcare/health-tech experience required.
• Familiarity with healthcare landscape and care management solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently or in a team.
• Organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite tools.
• Passionate about Vida’s mission.
• Open to minimal travel (10-15%).
