Overview

The Implementation Project Manager will oversee and drive process integration for clients into EnableComp's high-performance product suite, managing activities associated with new client implementations and internal initiatives.

In Short

  • Manage activities for onboarding clients into the EnableComp service suite.
  • Provide support for implementation of core service offerings.
  • Work directly with clients to review project status and resolve issues.
  • Consult and identify solutions for client-specific requirements.
  • Maintain real-time project status through online project management tools.
  • Establish and manage aggressive timelines.
  • Provide reporting and forecasting to management and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal team members on client implementation tasks.
  • Manage client expectations effectively.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 4+ years’ experience in implementation or technical project management in healthcare.
  • PMP Certification preferred.
  • Experience in physician office settings is a plus.
  • Familiarity with healthcare data sets required.
  • Experience with project management tools required.
  • Strong computer proficiency and MS Office skills.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member.
  • Regular and predictable attendance required.
