Data Analyst - Remote

Overview

Analytica is seeking a Data Analyst to support the Defense Health Agency (DHA). This role will support DHA leadership and stakeholders by providing qualitative and quantitative analytics to inform decision-making across the agency. The position will require working closely with both technical teams and Military Health System (MHS) subject matter experts and engaging with the client on a regular basis to support recurring and ad-hoc data analysis needs.

In Short

• Analyze structured and unstructured datasets from multiple Military Health System (MHS) data sources.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI or Tableau.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand business requirements.
• Perform data validation, quality checks, and troubleshooting.
• Support recurring reporting requirements and respond to ad-hoc data requests.
• Utilize SQL, SAS, Python, or similar tools for data analysis.
• Communicate analytical findings clearly to various audiences.
• Document data processes and reporting procedures.
• Participate in regular client meetings.
• Support continuous improvement efforts for data analysis processes.

Requirements

• Active Secret Clearance.
• At least 1 year of experience with Military Health System (MHS) data.
• At least 1 year of experience creating dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience in a client-facing role.
• Experience with SQL, SAS, R, or Python.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
