Overview

iCapital is looking to hire a Structured Investment Platform Business Development professional to join the Structured Investments team, focused on delivering technology solutions to the broker dealer channel.

In Short

• Develop new and existing relationships with Broker Dealers.
• Act as the relationship manager for strategic BD clients.
• Lead platform demonstrations and responses to RFPs.
• Collaborate with sales teams and senior executives on initiatives.
• Manage internal projects and develop frameworks for team management.
• Work with product and engineering on client integrations.
• Guide junior team members.

Requirements

• 7+ years in business development/relationship management.
• Strong knowledge of structured investments.
• Experience with wealth management firms preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strategic mindset and independent work capability.
• Ability to manage enterprise relationships with minimal oversight.
• Series 7 and 63 licenses preferred.
