Senior HSSE Manager EPC and O&M - Remote

Overview

The Senior HSSE (Health, Safety, Social and Environmental) EPC and O&M Manager will oversee the implementation and monitoring of HSSE programs and systems across ib vogt’s EPC and O&M business, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company standards.

Requirements

• 10 years’ experience in Health & Safety & Environmental roles.
• 5 years’ experience in leadership roles within construction or energy projects.
• Knowledge of international construction HSE best practices.
• Technical background in Electrical Installations or Construction preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Business proficiency in English; German is a plus.
• Professional degree in Health/Safety/Environment or relevant technical degree.
• NEBOSH or equivalent safety qualification.
• ISO certifications (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
