The Legal Manager – Renewable Energies serves as the central legal advisor for the entire development team, ensuring legally sound structuring of Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) while supporting the expansion of the business model.

In Short

• Central legal contact for the development team
• Lead/support SPV structuring and optimal legal, commercial, and tax setups
• Responsible for contracts in the development phase
• Coordinate with property owners, project managers, and authorities
• Analyze and optimize commercial clauses
• Monitor contractual payments and milestones

Requirements

• Fully qualified lawyer or business lawyer with a focus on commercial/energy law
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience
• Experience in contract and project development
• Deep knowledge of real estate law and rights
• Experience in structuring legal and commercial documentation
• Fluent in German and English
