Senior Solutions Architect (Public Sector) - Remote

Overview

The Senior Solutions Architect will serve as the primary technical advisor for customers, ensuring successful implementation and optimization of the Hyperscience platform.

In Short

• Lead technical onboarding and deployment for customers.
• Guide customers through configuration and best practices.
• Act as a technical project manager.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned accounts.
• Monitor product adoption and drive best practices.
• Identify and mitigate risks impacting customer success.
• Conduct technical health checks and optimization reviews.
• Troubleshoot complex customer issues.
• Partner with customers on workflow optimizations.
• Collaborate with Account Executives on expansion opportunities.

Requirements

• 5+ years in a Solutions Architect or similar role.
• Strong experience working with customers and complex technical products.
• Deep understanding of system integrations and IT infrastructure.
• Project management experience.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts.
• Experience delivering software solutions to public sector agencies.
• Familiarity with Federal Information Security Standards.
