Solutions Architect (Public Sector) - Remote

Overview

As a Solutions Architect at Cohere, you will play a significant role in growing the Public Sector business, focusing on technical pre-sales and post-sales, while having the autonomy to develop solutions that address customer needs.

In Short

• Lead technical discussions with customers.
• Understand customer problems and map them to Cohere solutions.
• Develop customer Proof of Concepts showcasing platform value.
• Collaborate with partners to drive adoption of Cohere products.
• Provide guidance on best practices for using Cohere.
• Document processes for scaling the solutions architect team.
• Work closely with Product and Engineering teams.
• Facilitate customer evaluations and PoCs.
• Own the technical relationship with stakeholders.
• Gather customer feedback to enhance products.

Requirements

• Must have Security Clearance.
• 5+ years of public sector technical pre/post sales experience.
• 2+ years architecting or deploying NLP/AI/LLM solutions.
• Passion for Generative AI and understanding of its technologies.
• Comfortable with Python and Jupyter Notebooks.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High tolerance for ambiguity.
• Ability to implement high-impact processes in unstructured environments.
• Preferred: Experience managing Kubernetes clusters.
• Preferred: Networking experience (firewalls, DNS, etc).
• Preferred: Familiarity with authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth).
