In Short

• Implement AI solutions using OOTB products and standard approaches
• Execute technical project phases according to defined timelines and budgets
• Manage scope adherence and prevent scope creep through technical controls
• Ensure all technical deliverables meet quality and standards requirements
• Own technical implementation from handoff through go-live
• Coordinate technical activities across project phases
• Provide regular status updates on technical delivery progress
• Implement and maintain technical standards across all deliveries
• Collaborate with customers on technical implementation requirements
• Drive adoption of approved tools, methods, and practices

Requirements

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience as a Technical Implementation Manager, Solutions Engineer, or Technical Project Manager in AI, automation, or enterprise software
• Strong background in OOTB product implementation and configuration
• Knowledge of Javascript
• Experience with database management (SQL, Postgres, MongoDB)
• Experience with AI/ML platforms, API integrations, and technical project delivery
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and delivery frameworks
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
