Overview

As a Junior Finance Manager specializing in Accounts Receivable, you will manage invoicing and ensure efficient financial processes.

In Short

• Prepare and issue customer invoices.
• Communicate with customers and banks regarding billing.
• Support credit control and follow up on receivables.
• Assist with cash application and flag discrepancies.
• Maintain AR aging and customer tracking files.
• Complete supplier forms and follow up on POs.

Requirements

• Education in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Interest in AI trends in finance.
• Motivation to pursue ACCA exams.
• Good command of English and German.
• Proficiency in Excel.
