Requirements

  • Fluent in German and English
  • 2+ years in an outbound SDR/BDR role
  • Experience in SaaS/Tech/MarTech/FinTech
  • Comfortable with making 80+ outbound calls daily
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Resilient and target-driven
  • Familiarity with CRM software
  • Ability to work independently in a remote team
