We’re seeking a proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) who thrives on making connections and driving conversations that lead to deals. You’ll be the first point of contact for homeowners and motivated sellers, qualifying leads through calls, texts, and emails before handing them off to the acquisitions team.

  • Join a fast-scaling U.S. real estate investment firm.
  • Focus on wholesale and novation deals across Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Illinois.
  • Make outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries from motivated sellers.
  • Qualify leads based on motivation, property condition, and selling timeline.
  • Schedule appointments and transfer qualified leads to the acquisitions team.
  • Manage all outreach activity using CRM tools.
  • Maintain detailed notes and follow-up tasks for each lead.
  • Hit and exceed KPIs related to call volume, conversations, and appointments set.
  • Collaborate with team leaders to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales.
  • Strong communication skills, especially on the phone.
  • Ability to follow scripts while sounding authentic.
  • Hungry to learn real estate sales from the ground up.
  • Experience with CRM tools like Podio, REsimpli, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
