The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will focus on outbound lead generation for a fast-scaling tech company in the AI infrastructure space, engaging with technical decision-makers to drive meetings for the sales team.

  • Execute 100+ outbound dials/day.
  • Conduct cold calls and emails to targeted contacts.
  • Book meetings for Account Executives with senior technical stakeholders.

  • Working hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM EST.
  • Salary range is R25,000 - R50,000/month.

Requirements

  • Experience in outbound sales or lead generation.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to engage with technical executives.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, preferably Hubspot.
  • Persistence and confidence in cold outreach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills.
