• Act as the primary point of contact between the company and external payroll vendors.
• Ensure service provider meets agreed-upon standards of service and compliance.
• Oversee payroll processing for timely and accurate employee payments.
• Review payroll data and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure payroll processes adhere to relevant tax regulations and labor laws.
• Stay updated on changes to tax codes or labor laws.
• Generate payroll reports for internal departments.
• Provide data-driven insights on payroll trends.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of payroll processes, taxes, and benefits.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for relationship management.
• Ability to address and resolve payroll-related issues efficiently.
• Attention to detail for accurate payroll processing.
• Experience in project management, particularly payroll projects.
• Knowledge of compliance and audit processes related to payroll.
