Overview

The Digital Marketing Manager oversees the optimisation of the company's websites and SEO/SEM strategies, ensuring they reflect current industry standards, support seamless user experiences, and implement strategies to strengthen paid and organic traffic, generate leads, and maximise ROI.

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and brand positioning.

• Partner and engage with digital media agency to develop and execute lead acquisition strategy across all digital channels.
• Implement technical SEO best practices, including optimisation of website structure.
• Proactively implement test & learn strategies to improve user experience and acquisition metrics.
• Maximise potential of customer interactions in digital environment across all brands/channels.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to foster innovative digital solutions.
• Compile and distribute digital analytics including Google Analytics reports.
• Maximise potential of lead generation for dealer network Australia wide.
• Administrator accountability for brand digital requirements.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or similar.
• 5+ years experience in digital marketing, website management.
• Genuinely passionate about data and analytics.
• Highly skilled and experienced in web analytics and knowledge of the digital ecosystem.
• Knowledge in analytics, tag management and visualisation tools.
• Advanced knowledge of Meta and other social media platforms.
• Understanding of Marketing Automation platforms.
• Technical skills including basic HTML/CSS and Advanced Excel.
• Be well versed in performance marketing, conversion and lead generation.
• People management for at least 2-3 years.
• Excellent project management skills.
